Don’t even bother going to this place, unless you want your car to be purposely toyed with and you’re ready to be charged for every single time someone’s finger even grazes your car. they pop your hood open ? $300, they open your car door? $200, they bump their knee on your car by accident ? $790, plus $3400 for emotional damage. If i could give a 0 star rating i would. My boyfriend who just moved to Orlando saw that this place had good reviews and decided to bring his car here (first time going here) just for maintenance. After about a week his car started jerking and the dash lights lit up like a christmas tree. after having his car for over 6 years and keeping up with the maintenance regularly ( i mean this man NEVER goes more than a couple weeks without bringing his car to the ((previous)) shop, he takes very good care of his car) he’s never had a problem like this before. his car has always been up to date on maintenance. ALWAYS. so after going to this place, about a week later his car is jerking and his engine light is flashing and so he brings his car back here to figure out what could’ve gone wrong. they basically tell him that it’s just his car adjusting to the maintenance they recently preformed or however they put it and told him to drive it like normal and it’ll go back to it’s usual self and if anything were to happen he could call the number they provided him with, even after hours, and they would tow it back to the shop free of charge. well, not even 2 days later his car breaks down and he calls the number and is charged $170 to tow the car to the shop. what happened to the free tow that they offered ? 🤨 then upon arriving at the shop they can’t figure out what’s wrong with his car and take hours and hours “trying to figure it out” at this point his car isn’t even starting up anymore. and then they proceed to say that he’s going to need to pay ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. for them to further inspect the car. not for them to figure out and solve the problem that THEY most likely caused. JUST TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. am i wrong to think that’s insane ??? $1000 dollars to INSPECT the car and find out what’s wrong ??? not to give us a solution or fix the problem. just to find out what’s wrong. atp i’m surprised they didn’t charge him for every breath he took, every word he spoke, and every step he stepped. 😒 if you think that’s where it ended, well you’re wrong. initially, he said to go ahead and go the inspection but after further thought and consideration his final word to them was to not continue and to leave the car be, because if they had already done this much damage there’s no telling what the hell else they would do. come to find out the next day that they had proceeded with the inspection anyways even though they were told not to. on top of ignoring his word, when he asked why they had continued with the inspection he was told that they “have recordings of him telling them to continue” because they record all calls. well hopefully they have the recording of his telling them not to continue as well because i feel as if no matter how many times you’re told yes or however many times you’re told no, the final word is what matters and the final word was NO. so not only did they go against his word but they proceeded to charge him about $400 for the inspecting that they did and he had no choice but to pay for something he asked them not to do. he let them know that he was going to send a how truck to collect his car because he didn’t want them working on it anymore against his word and when the tow truck got there, after tell TWO people that he was sending a truck, they turned the tow truck away telling him that they didn’t know he was coming and the car isn’t ready to be towed away yet. they didn’t do the full inspection so they left his car is shambles and he had to go there in person after having multiple phone calls with them because they were just taking THAT long to prepare his car to be taken by the tow truck even though he had phoned them about it HOURS in advance. we’re livid. sloans👎🏽

Good service high labor cost .

We just purchased a used work van. We initially brought it in for vibration. The Sloan tech found it needed a new drive shaft assembly and front brakes. I did the drive shaft, and two weeks later, the brakes. When I paid for the brakes today, I also received a small refund for parts not used on the drive shaft assembly prior. Great customer service. I highly recommend them.

I was very happy with my service at Sloan's. They communicated well and gave thorough information in writing regarding what needed repairs and the costs for each item. Staff were professional and friendly. I am happy to have found a place I can trust with my car.

Fair prices and communicated well. It took much longer than I anticipated. I didn’t know this and had unrealistic expectations. Good but not quick.
