Two words come to mind when I think of our experience with Sloan's Auto and Kenny, the owner, honesty and integrity. My son is a student at UCF and was experiencing issues with his AC not working. Two other auto shops told him his compressor was shot and gave him estimates for over $1,300. I decided to get involved and called around different shops to get pricing and warranty information. I ended up choosing Sloans due to their extended warranty and Kenny's professionalism while speaking to him on the phone. Well, thank goodness that I did! Sloan's identified the true problem, which was a loose connector and NOT the compressor, saving us more than $1,100!!! Any mechanic could have taken advantage and just changed out the compressor since that's what I called for. And, to top it off, the first mechanic at Pep Boys emptied out my son's freon that the 2nd shop identified but still misdiagnosed as a compressor failure. I had to pay Sloan's for the freon that Pep Boys stole. Kenny, thank you and your mechanics for your honesty and professionalism!! I wish the industry had more people like you.
