I’m new to the area and Sloan’s was recommended by 2 friends who live in this area. I drive an older car and it had several problems. Motor mounts, spark plugs, wires and several more issues. The car rides and sounds brand new. But what impressed me the most was after dropping car off I realized I had left 2 gift gas cards in the car. I basically kissed them off but when I picked up my car, they were exactly where I left them! The honesty was amazing. We recently brought my husbands VW Rabbit in to have it looked at for overall repairs and safety issues, but mainly to have the AC and some other things replaced and worked on. They also did an oil change. Bernie made us feel real comfortable regarding our repairs and kept us up to date regarding repair recommendations, pricing and a timeline. They got his car running smoothly and the AC blasting ice cold. Their repairs also come with a 5 year warranty so you know you won't have to pay again for the same repairs any time soon!
I had an emergency while on vacation and called Sloans! On the phone they were very accommodating and I talked to Johnny. Johnny was AMAZING! He gave me a reasonable estimate for a dire situation and told me the car most likely would not be fixed until the next day. Sloans however was able to completely fix my vehicle in only a few hours! I walked by to drop some stuff off into my car and when I arrived they were already done with it! I didn’t have my wallet on me so they went above and beyond and drove me to my airbnb to grab my wallet and drove back! Johnny was the BEST! Defiantly recommend these guys!
Wow!! What a great place for auto repair. We had Omid the service advisor, he went above and beyond to make sure car was fixed right the first time. New home for our auto needs for sure.
These guys are great! They told me about their analysis, their suspicions of the problem, the price, and how long it would take then, boom, they made it happen. Car works great! Sloan's is fast, super friendly, and they do a great job.
