Was very impressed with the facility, technicians, customer service, and overall quality of the services completed. After receiving an alignment from Sloan's my vehicle drives straight as an arrow. Multiple other shops have tried to do an alignment and failed. Will definitely be returning in the future.

The service managers are honest and are not performing unnecessary work just to make more money. They clearly explain what they find and make helpful recommendations. The service report -- complete with photos -- I received via text was also very helpful.

Everyone working there is so nice and professional. I brought my car for an oil change and to check on a small oil leak, they told me there’s definitely a leak and they’d like to clean the underneath to see exactly where it’s coming from. I paid for that service and they said they want me to drive around for a week and bring it back so they can tell exactly where the leak is. It makes me happy to have a place I can trust that is wanting to know exactly what’s wrong and not just guess and make me pay for things I don’t need.
