Called at 7:30am, Hate to be a trash millennial. But having a night job, and checking to see availability for an AM oil change. I was given "I can try and help you by 5pm before we close" and then asking what current ETA or estimate if I were to drop it off being less than a mile away I was given the opportunity to get a appointment at 2pm. I tried, but I mean... I have no other option but to spend 100$ which is double what I usually pay at dealership and go to the valvoline drive thru which opens in 20 minutes. Phone ups are super important and literally was the reason why I was driven away.

They do thorough inspections and it's worth it if you have them do the work (ends up being free) but they will charge you way too much for the inspection if you have them do it separately, in my case it was because of a schedule conflict. The work I wanted done was simple, just an O2 sensor and belt replacement, the problem can be diagnosed with a scan tool in less than five minutes, but the manager insisted I needed them to do a full inspection, and I assume because I would've needed to take it back to their shop another day to have the labor done, they didn't trust me to return to them so they wanted $210 for *just* the inspection. Sloan's does great work but they need to have more faith in their customers, especially customers like myself who've used their services in the past multiple times. I don't think they're using the inspections to upsell people, but it's suspicious enough for me to find another mechanic. I work in the computer repair business so I know customers can abuse good customer service, but you guys should trust your returning customers, they returned because they trust you and that relationship should be mutual. And please don't push the inspection to customers if they want just a simple thing done.

Called to ask if they had a part available since almost everyone in the area didn't. Manager wanted me to bring the car in. I dont want to waste my time driving for 35 min with no AC to see if they have the part on site. Manager could not tell me if they had the part without me driving there.

Despite needing several repairs on my car over the past year or so, Sloan's has always guaranteed me a good experience. They treat me and my car respectfully and have always taken the time to explain my car's issues in detail so I know exactly what's going on. They provide a prompt and thorough check of my vehicle through text that's very easy to understand. Every time I visit, they are always busy, yet they always fix my car in a timely manner and keep me updated throughout the process so I never have to call. I have never had as good an experience with any other mechanics in the Conway area.

I’ve been coming to Sloan’s for almost a decade and have continued to come to them, even for minor repair work, because they consistently have earned my business. The staff is kind and professional and I’ve never been treated unfairly. I look forward to doing business with them for another decade.

We absolutely love Sloan’s, they have worked on several of our cars more than once and are always thorough, professional, honest and friendly. They have the best warranty that I’ve ever seen and truly stand behind their work. We will never willingly take our vehicles anywhere else.
