I could not be happier with the service I received. Luis is fantastic! He made sure to be clear on communicating with me all the issues and their recommendations. It can be intimidating to take your vehicle to a shop when you're not well-versed in mechanical repairs, but Luis was able to make me feel comfortable. Of course, the pricing is what everyone wants to know. Well, I'm not an expert, but looking at overall prices of items that were replaced plus all other fees... I believe I got a great deal on my first visit. My car is definitely a Sloan's Automotive car now; it ain't going anywhere else. Thank you to the team at Sloan's for being badass! :)
