I will say they are very nice people, guest service was great BUT I won’t come back as they lost my trust. I understand they have to keep their store lights on, but they over charge (Women especially). They wanted to charge me 500$ to take a piece plastic off to look at spark plugs to see what’s wrong, even though the computer just told them what’s wrong.100$ to use a computer to see why engine light is on. That’s okay I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thank you for the oil change!
I apologize for making you feel as if we were taking advantage of you. We tried to be very thorough in explaining all of the possibilities of what we might find upon removing your intake manifold. Our intention was to prevent you from being blindsided with worse information after having committed to taking it all apart.
