I had my AC previously repaired at Sloan’s and they warranty their work for three years. At two years 10 months my AC died, I took it back to Sloan’s and they diagnosed the compressor failed again. There was no hassle, said they’d take care of it at no charge! Phenomenal customer service standing behind a warranty like that. Highly recommend them.

They told me what was wrong and got it fix and made sure I was properly care for I would recommend to any one who need service for there car. took care of my car and check what needed work. I will say they are very nice people, guest service was great BUT I won’t come back as they lost my trust. I understand they have to keep their store lights on, but they over charge (Women especially). They wanted to charge me 500$ to take a piece plastic off to look at spark plugs to see what’s wrong, even though the computer just told them what’s wrong.100$ to use a computer to see why engine light is on. That’s okay I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thank you for the oil change!

I apologize for making you feel as if we were taking advantage of you. We tried to be very thorough in explaining all of the possibilities of what we might find upon removing your intake manifold. Our intention was to prevent you from being blindsided with worse information after having committed to taking it all apart. The Sloan family has been taking care of our cars for over 40 years! They are honest, professional and knowledgeable. If they tell me something needs to be done I just tell them to go ahead and do it - no questions asked. They always try to accommodate my schedule. I would not take my car to anyone else!
