Very nice experience. The mechanic called me after inspecting my vehicle. Went in for an check engine light being on so had to get diagnosis. Also inspected my 2003 Toyota Camry for service needed since I was at 80,000 miles. Just did the maintaince I requested no hard sales and also had prices sent to me via my email so I could review. Will definitely be back. There was a customer their who came from Dr Phillips area repeat customer that should tell you something about their service.

Moved down to FL from Jersey and it was difficult finding a shop to trust with my car but this definitely is the place! NOT HONEST. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I was living in Florida on an internship and had my mom take in my Honda Civic (with Texas plates) to get its AC fixed here as it was completely broken. Sloan's quoted us $3000 to get many things surrounding the A/C including the compressor, fixed. Typically, I have gotten the compressor replaced for $800 on our other Hondas so I thought a $3000 bill was OUTRAGEOUS. I take it to another mechanic, who clearly was more honest, and the compressor was running fine! All my car needed was $150 switches because the A/C simply wasn't getting power. The employee who helped us was extremely rude, and short and I truly feel as though they would've taken complete advantage of my mom, as my car had Texas plates. (They thought we were stuck in Florida with NO A/C - but we were shipping my car back to Texas anyways). My A/C is working AMAZING now for $150 and some new switches, not $3000. We chose this place because of its outstanding reviews, and had a completely different experience sadly. PLEASE take your money elsewhere. Embarrassing way to do business.
