I went to a place to change the car oil then i was told that i have to book an appointment and come back next day then wait for more than an hour to get the oil changed, but it had to be changed right away can’t wait! Then found this place highly rated which the rates are 100% true unlike many other businesses. The guy took care of my car professionally right away despite they were busy with many other cars.

My experience with Sloan's Was excellent, and professional . I was kept apprised of the progress of my repair the repair was done In the most timely manner as could be accomplished. And I will use them again.

This is a great company that does great work. However, I was saddened to see the photo for this promotion. Who is that man who is out of uniform?

I have a Ford F150 King Ranch and it finally reached over 100k miles. For the past month, it had a "low oil pressure engine light" that continues to go on every time I decelerate. This notification comes with a very annoying chime, so loud, it over powers my radio volume and bluetooth phone calls. This would go on and on every so many minutes when I drive, decelerate and stop the vehicle. It was extremely irritating. So I decided to go to Greenway Ford and they told me that they needed to diagnose at their hourly rate. The next day they called me back and said that they would need 6 hour diagnose because they could not figured it and had to go deeper. They also said that it would cost over $1,000 for the diagnose but if they figured out what the problem was, all I have to do is pay the parts and labor. I told them to proceed. I just want this alert and chime to stop. 2 days later, I called and it's not done. 5 days later, I called, still not done. Mind you, that Greenway Ford do not give a loaner, so I had no car. Thank Goodness I have a motorcycle to ride to work. 14 days later, they still couldn't figured it why. Yes...14 days !! Holy S#@! I asked how much longer and they said "no idea". I just couldn't wait any longer. They charged me $100 + , I paid and left. So, one day I was driving to work as the chime went on and on, I noticed SLOAN's Automotive on E Michigan st. Later that day, I started looking them up. They had 624 Reviews with 4.8 STARS !! I was impressed. So I made an appointment to drop it off the next morning. I dropped the truck off at 8am. Every one there was very courteous and professional. At around 5pm I received text link from SLOAN's Automotive with detailed information of what they've worked on with pictures!! WOW!! 10 minutes later they called and told me it was fixed and ready for pickup. Whaaat!!?? Did you say fixed ?!! I can't believe it. I went to pick it up, they greeted me and explained to me what they worked on. They replaced the"switch" amongst other things. What boggles my mind was, a million dollar company like Greenway Ford could not figured it out in 14 Days and SLOAN's Automotive figured it out in 9 hours !! I went home that day and felt like I drove a brand new King Ranch, not a single chime, I felt like I gained my hearing again for the first time. What a great feeling !! This is truly the BEST Automotive shop I have ever been into. Service was a amazing and everyone was awesome. And 2 days later they called me to see how the truck is doing. Don't expect that from Greenway Ford. SLOAN's Automotive has proven why they have 4.8 STARS with 624 reviews. Well, this would be their number 625 reviews and I rate them 5 STARS for their Service, Courtesy, Product and Knowledge. Anymore than this, they'll be a fine dining restaurant. But most importantly, they have gained a loyal client. Thank You SLOAN's Automotive. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been to Sloan's twice and was very satisfied both times with the service, pricing, and personnel. This is my go to place from now on. I have recommended Sloan's to my family and friends and they have also been very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

My daughter told me about Sloan,s Automotive about 3 years ago, my ignition switch was down had to have my car towed there about 3 years ago they fixed it i had no more problems since. My mama use to say you get what you pay for, the prices are a little steap ( just to me, because of my financial statis) But they are good, and have good customer service, the mechanics are good also...after all they make the business! They are definitely going to be my go to auto repair shop. Thanks guys for all your services.
