Excellence!!! Luis was awesome with explaining everything thoroughly so I can understand the whole process. They offered me a loaner car at no extra charge. The total price for everything was costly but it compared same-same with other shops that didn't have the outstanding Reviews that Sloan's has. I chose this place because it was close to my house and had fantastic reviews. I also loved that it was locally owned and not a chain. I am so glad I did, my cars AC was out and I took it to several places to make sure this costly repair is what I needed. Unfortunately at Sloans they found the same problem, but were friendly and explained everything. I trusted them more than the other 2 repair shops I visited, and I am glad to have my car and AC back!

I came back for an engine light related to a repair done a few weeks earlier by the previous owner before I bought the car. They inspected the system thoroughly and agreed that the light was still due to the part previously replaced. They were able to remedy the problem with a seal and didn't charge me for this. Top notch digital communications. Honest experienced mechanics.

I went to a place to change the car oil then i was told that i have to book an appointment and come back next day then wait for more than an hour to get the oil changed, but it had to be changed right away can’t wait! Then found this place highly rated which the rates are 100% true unlike many other businesses. The guy took care of my car professionally right away despite they were busy with many other cars.

My experience with Sloan's Was excellent, and professional . I was kept apprised of the progress of my repair the repair was done In the most timely manner as could be accomplished. And I will use them again.

This is a great company that does great work. However, I was saddened to see the photo for this promotion. Who is that man who is out of uniform?
