They told me what was wrong and got it fix and made sure I was properly care for I would recommend to any one who need service for there car. took care of my car and check what needed work. I will say they are very nice people, guest service was great BUT I won’t come back as they lost my trust. I understand they have to keep their store lights on, but they over charge (Women especially). They wanted to charge me 500$ to take a piece plastic off to look at spark plugs to see what’s wrong, even though the computer just told them what’s wrong.100$ to use a computer to see why engine light is on. That’s okay I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thank you for the oil change!

The Sloan family has been taking care of our cars for over 40 years! They are honest, professional and knowledgeable. If they tell me something needs to be done I just tell them to go ahead and do it - no questions asked. They always try to accommodate my schedule. I would not take my car to anyone else!

I needed a new mechanic because the place I used to go was going downhill with their service and quality. I came across Sloans while browsing and saw they had a very good review rating. I took my car in for an ac issue. They let me know there was a leak and added freon and dye and let me know to bring it in when it started blowing out warm air again and they would be able to tell where the leak is at. They offered a complimentary inspection and it was very cool how everything was broken down on the computer when they reviewed other issues on my car. There was no pressure to get it done and they texted and emailed me the exact breakdown they had to my phone. As a first time customer I was impressed with the customer service and friendliness of the staff. I will be a returning customer the next time I need my car fixed. Thank you to all the staff at Sloans.
