They always did a great job working on my GTO until they didn't. It's been parked for over two years with a mysterious electrical problem that was caused here and even the dealer couldn't figure out what's wrong.
Great news, we finally got to see what we did wrong and got to correct it after! We had put the wrong relay in the wrong spot and it was causing all sorts of weird electrical things on the dash, and it looked very bad. Unfortunately, it took a very long time for Patrick to let us get it back in the shop to find this, as he was likely frustrated and leery of our work, understandably so. Thank you for reading this, our potential new client. Please keep this in mind: We never want an unhappy client. We never want to leave a client worse off than we found them. If we messed something up, we will take care of it. We understand it is sometimes hard to trust when you are put in a situation like this, but please have faith that with us, you have a shop that only wants to do right by you. And we do make mistakes, it's how we handle them that sets us apart from the rest! And we aren't going anywhere anytime soon so we will have your back for the long haul!
