When my son was getting ready to leave for UCF, I researched a lot of business and services he could depend on to get work done once he got to the Orlando area. Car repair being one of the most important, I was extra careful when I made that selection. Well, the day came when my son's car was at the student parking lot and it wouldn't crank. I called Sloan, spoke to Will and within a few minutes of conversation, I knew I'd made the right choice. They dispatched a driver, got the car started, I drove it to the shop and they had me fixed and ready to go in less than an hour after arriving at the shop. They are professional, excellent communicators throughout the process and the bottom line, exceptional customer experience. Thank you so much Will & Jim. This, by far, is the best automotive service and maintenance business I have ever been to. I was listened to as I explained my car’s issues, keeped in constant communication via text message and phone calls, emailed/texted a comprehensive (but easy to follow and understand) report (including photos of their findings), and given options on repairs. They were able to diagnosis a Check Engine Light to a cam shaft sensor, replace it, change my oil, complete a full inspection, and provide excellent customer service in a day. I will continue to use them for all my automotive needs.
