The team at Sloan's did a great job of keeping me informed while my repairs were being completed. I felt like they were very open and honest about what was most important to choose. They are the best repair shop I have used in Central Florida.

My vehicle's engine suffered a failed AFM/DoD lifter (bad GM design). Sloan's quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem gave provided an estimate which I approved. Upon removing g the camshaft Sloan's mechanic noticed the camshaft bearings were galled, they called me and we agreed the bearing must be replaced, this involved disassembly of the engine block so a rebuild of the block was needed. After checking local machine shops I opted to send the block to CME in South Carolina, it took all of three weeks to get it back. Sloan's quickly put it all back together. After 3 weeks it's running perfectly. At the outset I decided to have upper part of the engine rebuilt with standard lifters and camshaft and eliminated the AFM/DoD feature. Sloan's is a very good auto repair shop, they communicated and worked with me on my choices. I enthusiastically recommend Sloan's Automotive!

I went to Sloan's for a leak in my AC, and after giving me a fair estimate for the repair, they followed up on one of my earlier questions and checked with the car dealership for me. Sloan's determined that the dealership would make the repair for free, although the work wasn't under recall. They saved me $1300, and earned my family's lifetime loyalty! Thanks, Sloan's!
