This review is an edit from a previous review where I stated that the shop seemed like a quality business but that they quoted me very high on an AC job. Kenny, the manager, just called me and explained that they made a mistake on the initial quote and apologized. He then refunded me my diagnostic fee. I changed my review to five stars to reflect the obvious care for the customer that this shop possesses. I’ll definitely take some business back here.

The staff is friendly & professional. Couldn’t be happier about the quality of work. I would most definitely recommend Sloan’s for your automotive repair. Five star service!

My first visit with Sloan's Automotive was very positive, professional, and I felt my car was in capable hands. Being a woman wasn't sure if I'd be "taken" for extra money but not at Sloan's Automotive. I will differently go back for all of my car maintenance.

The staff here is amazing!! My car decided it didn’t want to go into park anymore so I made an appointment over the weekend for Wednesday because I was going out of town. Kenny emailed me and I said I could drop it off. Perfect! Jason was our advisor and he was fantastic!! A plastic part that is needed for the shifter assembly broke off and caused if to not to shift into park. Instead of saying I needed an entire new assembly they fixed it with no additional charge to me! They are amazing. I made another appointment for some additional work I need done. Definitely the best mechanics around!!!
