I recently had Sloan's do some major work on my truck. I typically do all of my own work; necessary maintenance services, parts replacements, upgrades, etc. So when my found that my timing chain cover gasket was leaking coolant, I knew I was in for a big job. Essentially, the front of the engine has to come off, along with all of the pumps and accessories. It's a job I know I can do, but takes time. As someone with a full time job and this being my only source of transportation, I knew I had to source it out to get it done in a timely matter. Aside from the top quality of the work provided by Sloan's, what I really liked about them was their great customer service. I came to them with my findings, and though they still have to run their own diagnostics to confirm, they didn't question me one bit. They understood I had a little experience working on my own vehicle and didn't attempt to upsell me on anything. They did the repairs in two days, along with a few other things I asked them to do while there. They were in constant communication with me via text and phone calls. I also like the real time inspection report they send along with photos of things they look at. Price to do the job was on par with other shops, so they don't try and rip you off. Again, I try and do my own maintenance when possible, so trusting Sloan's to work on my truck means a lot to me. Next major repair I can't handle, I'll be sending their way.
