I went there for my first time on a Friday just for an oil change. I’ve been looking for a reliable shop in FL to take my car to, and now I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else but Sloan’s. They did a courtesy check (which I think they do for all new customers) that was extremely detailed and even included pictures of what the fluids in my car looked like. Not only that, but when I asked if they could take care of some maintenance items they found, they did everything they could to finish what needed to be done before 5pm on Friday so I could have my car over the weekend. If that wasn’t enough, the staff was awesome! It was obvious that I wasn’t the only customer there (the parking lot was packed!) but they truly make you feel like you and the service they’re providing is very important to them. They even quoted me a price and ended up getting it reduced before I arrived. If you take your car here, you won’t be disappointed!
