I found Sloan's to be courteous, professional, and above all, helpful from my initial phone contact until I walked out the door. I went in to get an inspection on a new (to me) used car I purchased. They pointed out a few things, some of which I had them fix and others I chose not to. No pressure and I did not feel I was being up-sold. I will repeat as well as recommend to friends and family

I saw that Sloan's was highly recommended across multiple platforms and forums in Orlando so I figured I would give them a try. The oil change came with a complimentary inspection of the car whereby they will text you a report about what's going on under the hood. They're honest, professional, and friendly. I also like that they tell you what is wrong and recommends service on the most pertinent areas but do not pressure or try to sell you stuff you don't need like other places. I'm going back to get my car serviced again since the report showed some areas of slight concern, and I trust that they will do a great job. Your car is an expensive investment, so make sure you pick the right mechanic for the job like Sloan's. I will be coming to Sloan's for my automotive maintenance and repairs from now on :)

Fix oil leak they replaced valve cover gaskets ended up being rear engine seal, took to another mechanic and they fixed the problem. Also had tire sensors repaired they neglected to tell me the tires were 10 years old instead they told me the tires were in great shape which were not and the tire separated on interstate 75 doing 70 mph and did extensive body damage to my car. A real mechanic told me tires should be replaced every 5 years regardless of the mileage he also showed me dry rott on that tire and the other 3. FYI there is a stamp on the tires that has the manufacturer's date of the tire. This could have been tragic instead I'm stuck with a hefty body repair bill.

This guys are amazing! They deserve more than five stars. Since the beginning when I made the appointment, until the delivery of my vehicle fixed, they were very professional. David, Will and specially Luis, were extremely nice. Luis has been following up with me daily. They took care of everything super fast and for my surprise, my final due amount was $300 less then it was first budgeted. I recommend for y’all!
