Prompt and professional service. They performed a comprehensive evaluation of my car without charge and provided a detailed summary by text for me to keep. They recommended certain repairs but without any pressure to have them done immediately. I certainly will return for the recommended repairs in the near future. The prices quoted for the repairs is very reasonable.

My son took his jeep to the dealership by the airport and they told him he needed a new fuel pump, front brakes, drive belt and several other items. I brought the jeep to Sloans for a second opinion. Their inspection report showed that the brakes were fine and so was the drive belt. They didn't even think the fuel pump needed to be replace, just a few fluids needed to be flushed. Sloans saved my son over a $1000. I would recommend them highly. Thank you Elton!! I have taken several of my cars to Sloans after my experience with my son's Jeep. They do an excellent job and they show you what you need done to your car and why. They don't just tell you.

Excellence is what Sloan’s is about. Wanted to get our car in great condition for a family member and they did just that. Replaced CV axles, alignment and brake check, window seals replaced, and cruise control switch. We’re good to go. Thank you Sloan’s Automotive!

This is a first for me to have the Chick-fil-A/Publix experience with a V.I.P. exit to your vehicle at an Automotive Shop, "Sloan's Automotive" that is. I read the reviews and see why they have 4.9 out of 5 stars. Elton was the first to give great service via phone and once there in person everyone was very pleasant with smiling faces. My expectations were exceeded as they show you service is a priority. They are knowledgeable with the products and services offered. Last, but not least they make sure to explain the results to your understanding and I love the courtesy inspection completed with the electronic delivery that is very detailed.

Just drove 1,200 miles from Western NY with a car full of problems. New to the area and unsure of where to take my vehicle Sloan's is where I will be taking mine from here on out. Amazing customer service and quality work. Got a full report with pictures sent to my phone with issues labeled based on urgency. And a call every step of the way. I'm not sure why you would take your vehicle anywhere else.
