Excellent service all around here. Made me feel like my money was being well spent. Sloan's addressed an issue that the Infiniti dealership conveniently missed. Also took care of the issue for about a third of the price. I regretfully must update my review of Sloan's. While I still do believe they do top quality work here, I was GREATLY overcharged for parts. Specifically ignition coils from the brand Delphi which go for about $80-85 each for my car. I was charged DOUBLE that price. Even after finding the EXACT SAME PART online at Rockauto, I was simply told that it was a part of the business practice in order to keep the lights on. I was denied any refund or price match.

This is my second time to use Sloan’s Automotive and the most impressive thing I find is how quickly you feel welcomed and as if you have known them for a long time. I can only think that the trust they pride on has to be the number one ingredient to what appears a long professional relationship. I believe our auto needs will be done by the best in town. Sloan’s Automotive! Thank you 🙏 I gave Sloan 5 stars too soon. I am so unhappy the way they apparently worked on my van. First their mechanic apparently forgot to place both bolts that hold the right back light cover for the light bulb they changed. Since they did not suggest anything better except for me to drive to their location knowing that the cover was hanging by two thin electric cables; so I decided to place two sticks to hold it. Now the serpentine belt came undone as it appears they failed to do something when they replaced the alternator on the same visit! Sloan’s seem very professional but for me they have not serviced my only commercial van which brings my livelihood. I will be trying a mobile mechanic instead here in Orlando which guarantees 1 year warranty.
