Patty Paranoid here gladly writing a review for Sloan's Automotive. It's pretty clear I'd never consider going anywhere else. Sloan's is the only mechanic my 1991 car has been treated by over the last 20 years, and I think this is why my car has had such a long life. They have rescued me so many times and will always check my oil for me every month. Terry and Kenny have been completely upfront with me each time. Plus I received help with my vacuum cleaner! Terry and Kenny were awesome. I was visiting Orlando from NJ when my brakes developed a major vibration that shook the whole car. I called on Saturday night and left a message. They promptly called me back on Monday morning and scheduled me the very next day. They fixed the problem perfectly without changing all my pads and rotors even though I told them I was willing to pay for it... they said it wasn't necessary and all they needed to do was "shave" the rotors which had gotten warped... I can't imagine a more honest and professional independent shop than Sloan's. They could've taken advantage of the fact that I was from out of town, and may not be a repeat customer, but they didn't. The shop was as clean and well equipped as any new car dealer's service area, and the team was just as good. I would HIGHLY recommend Sloans.

Kenny and Den have been wonderful helping me out lately when I have brought my Explorer to the shop. I never meet the service individuals, but they do a great job at making my suv run!!!

I just had the best experience at Sloan's Auto. I had to replace my timing belt and U joints on my Toyota 4Runner. I shopped around three other shops nearby and Sloan's gave me the lowest price so, I decided to go with them. I am glad I did because there was another issue with my drive shaft that happened after the repair. I wasn't sure what went wrong but it was causing my truck to vibrate. I took it back and they actually fixed it at no cost! It took a few days to figure out the issue but, now my truck is running perfectly and they took good care of me. I will be going back to Sloan's for all future repairs with my truck.
