Joe did a great job in handling our vehicle repair. He was very proactive in keeping us informed of the cost and when the vehicle would be ready for pick up. He explained every detail and answered all our questions with a professional attitude. Sloans Automotive seemed very honest with their estimate and problem with the vehicle. I have had three visits to Sloan's between my daughter's car and just recently mine. Each time they verified what the issue was and made sure we weren't wasting time and/or money.
