Honest and reasonably priced

This has to be the best experience I've ever had at an auto shop and I usually take my car to a VW dealership so thats saying something. I drove from 30 minutes away to check this place out and I'm so glad that I did. Everyone was friendly and informed. First of all I called the day of to see if they could do my oil change and they were able to accommodate me. From the moment I arrived I was impressed. They met me outside at my car, took my keys and told me I could go inside. I waited with my car. The waiting and restrooms were very clean. It was surprisingly quiet and There was always someone at the desk waiting to greet customs. There is a coffee machine and water fountain. The coolest thing about this place was the detailed diagnostic report that they texted to me when they were looking at my car. It told me exactly what they saw. Which elements of my car were in great shape, things that I should consider repairing soon and anything they recommend I fix immediately. All in plain English. As a woman who knows nothing about cars I really appreciated that. There were no surprises about the cost. Everything was discussed before they began working and what I paid is exactly what they quoted me. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Very professional and honest, I do not feel like I am getting conned every time I bring my car in. They explain everything and even send analysis reports right to your phone. Will is great and very patient. Highly recommended!

Every time I go to Sloan's I'm reminded why I have been using them over 25 years. Terry, Kenny, Will, Jim, Ben and all the mechanics have been nothing short of top tier. To them, I am family and that is rare in most businesses today.
