I just moved here and had no clue where to take my car for general repairs, I need my front & back brakes fixed. Costco recommended them and gave my 15% off. This place was so nice and professional. They provide you with all the info including diagnostic and pictures ran on the car. Everyone else wanted to charge get me closer to 1,000. Sloan did it for $493. Trust is so hard to find. I will definitely go back.

I brought my vehicle to Sloan's originally based upon the recommendation of a friend and the reviews that other people I know had posted. They are always very professional, knowlegible, friendly and polite. Sloan's will go above and beyond expectation to determine the cause of a problem you might have and complete the work correctly at a fair price and in a timely manner. Sloan's has NEVER let me down.

Something that I think is pretty notable right off the bat: Sloan's is a family-owned, family-run auto shop. For nearly 20 years and two generations, they have been our go-to for every vehicle that our family has owned. That's by far the longest consumer relationship any of us have ever had, and we can all say that we have never been dissatisfied, and they have never given us any reason to consider any other auto shop. Even though we only see them two or three times a year, they always make us feel like family (even to the point of playing jokes on us, which I love). We've never gotten a vehicle back that wasn't serviced to our expectation or better. They're courteous and respectful. They're efficient and they run a tidy shop. They're professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. I would refer any of my family or friends to Sloan's without a moment's hesitation. To Terry, Kenny, Will, and the rest of the guys- Thank you for giving us a place to go where we don't have to worry about whether or not we're gonna get taken for a ride. I think writing a great review for this shop isn't enough. Exceptional, amazing, and trustworthy service all i got from this place. Easy to make an appointment, text or email you whatever service that is needed for your car and affordable. They make my life so much easier. I highly recommend this place.
