I received my full car report via text and picked it up the next morning. The office is very clean for a shop. I am in Sales and believe 100% in customer service and relationships. I went to Sloan's for a leak in my AC, and after giving me a fair estimate for the repair, they followed up on one of my earlier questions and checked with the car dealership for me. I hadn't had anything done to my truck for a couple of years, except oil changes. When my check engine light came on I took it to Sloan's for their 37 point diagnostic (with pictures). Very glad I did! They fixed a lot of little things which would have eventually become big things. And now with the diagnostic report in hand, I have a list of items to be address in the not-too-distance future. These guys are very professional, very polite. They know what they're doing and I am really please I found them. I won't be taking my truck anywhere else.
