Nothing like car issues to spoil a Disney vacation. Had an issue with a blown coil and plug on our ride from Delaware to Orlando. Was extremely concerned with being gauged for auto repairs in a resort town. Unfortunately, our resort was no help in getting a recommendation. Came across Sloan's. and noticed their high ratings on Google. I sent a Google business chat message to the shop at 10pm expecting a reply the next day. To my surprise, Kenny replied to my note that night and advised he would get back to me with an estimate the next day. He did get back to me as promised, and their estimate was considerably less than the next lowest estimate received. I dropped off the car the next morning, and it was ready by late afternoon. Kenny and Will could not have provided better service! We are so relieved to have our vehicle back, and we can now get back to stressing about Disney Fast Passes and Thunderstorms. Big thanks to the guys at Sloan's. Hoping I never need service in Orlando again. But if I do, I now have a trusted shop to return to.
