Outstanding Mechanical and Customer Service! My truck had sat for 2.5 years(being overseas military), needed substantial work done to the front of the drive-train(wheelbearing, brakes, rotors, alignment). They got me in almost immediately, I gave them vague instructions on why it needed fixed and they stated they would have it done by the end of that day. I truly did not think it was possible from the extensive rust from the northern States, but they made it happen. They never tried to overcharge me or try to conduct unnecessary work on my vehicle and their maintenance inspection estimate was spot on. After I left, I felt something off, called Sloan's and they had me bring my truck back in to have the issue resolved even though it was nothing they did wrong, just as a curtousy. This is by far the best shop I have ever worked with in 25 years of vehicle ownership. Christian was awesome to work with as a customer service representative and I look forward to having additional items taken care of when I return in January.

Sloan’s was able to get my car in at the last minute. I had no appointment and they were really busy. The person that answered the phone, Christian, was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before they did any work. The work was done by the end of the business day. The mechanics and everyone there were friendly and offered to trouble shoot other problems I had with my car.

Sloan’s is simply the BEST! They are very thourough and have fair pricing. Wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else!!!

It was my first visit, customer service is excellent. I hope the work done on my Odyssey AC will perform well. I recommend this place. Honest people.
