I found Sloan's while searching the reviews for a good mechanic. Everyone I spoke with on the phone were friendly and helpful. The main man to handle my Jeep was Cody. He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Sent me videos of the work being done. My original quote included a part that my particular Jeep doesn't use. They let me know and removed it from the quote. I would have never known. Very honest, and personable. Customer service is definitely A++ (Especially Cody). I will be taking all my cars there moving forward and I HIGHLY recommend Sloan's!!!!

Johnny and the entire team were kind and thorough. They took time to explain everything to me and provide recommendations. When my repairs were going to take more than 24 hours they provided me with transportation to make things easier. Will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I had been going to Sloans for about 5 years. I stopped going here about 6 months ago after they estimated it would cost 500 dollars to replace my headlight fixture. After 2 min of research I found the part for 75 dollars and it took me 15 min to replace. I just got home from getting my oil changed for the first time since leaving sloans, When removing my oil plug under my car the technician said it just feel right out. Sloans put a bolt that was entirly too small and glued it to my oil pan. They had me driving around in a dangerous vehicle. Couldnt recomend anyone less.
