We've been using Sloan's for almost 22 years and they've proven consistent, fair and professional. Our most recent repair was a major one, and Cody did a great job communicating what their mechanics found / what I could expect throughout the repair process. We appreciate working with a family-owned business that A) stands behind their work, B) communicates clearly, and C) delivers on what they promise.

Yeah Yeah, nice guys and all. Didn't fix the problem. Suggested a $350 cleaning solution that MAY work, it didn't. Was quoted $1500 to fix everything. Took it to Agner for ONE fuel injector replacement. $180 parts/labor. Car has been running perfectly ever since. 1) helps to know a little about cars and engines. 2) still looking for a one stop car repair shop, this was a HUGE headache going to over 5 or 6 incompetent shops to fix the most common problem with my make/model. Ended going to the stealership, who gave me back my car with this fuel injector problem I didn't have before.

Overpriced, inflexible. They have a nice facility and staff but they tried to overcharge me by 3x the cost of the job. They tried telling me my brakes were seized and it would be a $900 job. I got it done for $300 down the street. DO NOT be fooled. Shop around and you’ll do yourself a favour!! Literally the shop that all stereotypes are based off. I promise you’ll be ripped off if you get a job done by them. But great diagnostic facility for a full inspection and they have complementary vehicles.

Bernie was the technician on my vehicle. he made sure to call me with updates during the repair process but was also able to thoroughly explain the problem, cause of the problem as well as the corrective action/ repairs needed. Will definitely recommend them.

Sloan’s has been the only place I have taken my vehicles for years. Honest, friendly crew. They have always done the best repair work and even will let you know of issues to be (or not be) concerned about. Have always trusted and recommended them friends and family. Family owned too!
