This is a very good shop they immediately found the issues I was dealing with for awhile and fixed them fast. This is a very professional automotive repair shop and I highly recommended them.

I've been delivering parts to Sloans for years, and this is the first time I used them for maintenance. Top notch! Made an appointment and they got me fixed up early! Thanks to Kenny and Will in the office and Jeff for the fine work! Will use them again!

They did a good job finding the problems with my car. The repairs were done in a timely manner. They even brought the car back to me.

My wife's power steering pump was going out so she asked me to bring her Buick Enclave down to Sloans to have a power steering pump put in, because her mom had used them and had such good things to say about them. So told them that i needed a new steering pump when I dropped it off, but they insisted they had to do a diagnostic for $85.00 anyway. They said they dont even apply the diagnostic fee towards the repair!?!?! Sounds like an "entrance" fee to me to allow them to work on my vehicle..... At any rate I left it with them and they called me the next morning with a very thorough report on my vehicle listing items that need attention, nice but not worth the almost $100 bucks it cost me. They tell me about a lot of the things that were on the list when I get an oil change. Then they get to where the diagnosed the steering pump was bad (which i told them when i brought it in) and the price of replacing the power steering pump would be $1300!!!!!! I am sure these guys are great mechanics and they have a nice pretty and clean shop but my gosh they don't have to get this month's rent payment from one person!! I checked with my mother in law who recommended them and asked about the prices they charged her for different services and they were exorbitant as well. I got the steering pump installed by my regular mechanics and was charged $680 which the industry standard repair time manual suggests it is a 3 and half-hour job. Sloans is a great place to get your vehicle serviced if you have more money than sense!

I brought my vehicle to Sloan's once I moved to the area, and it is safe to say I can't imagine taking my car to any other shop! The staff and customer service were off the charts and they were extremely helpful when making an appointment that fit my schedule. They completed all my required services in a timely manner, and were extremely welcoming! Great conversation, and overall friendly staff. My vehicle is in great shape thanks to the mechanics, and they were extremely transparent throughout the whole process. Great prices for exceptional service, thanks again!!
