My truck broke down just outside of Orlando. Went to go see a play, and unfortunately only made the second half, but then I was trapped for the night. Got a hotel room, looked online for a mechanic I could get it towed to that morning, and stumbled across this place. I called them and quickly got an answer, and even got a recommendation on a towing company. The man I spoke on the phone with, Bernie, also spoke with me once I arrived. He remained super kind and patient with me. I informed him of how I hadn’t planned on staying and needed to drive back home as soon as possible, as it was an 8 hour drive and I needed to get back to school. He told me that it would be handled as quickly as possible. Although I haven’t always had the best experiences with mechanics, I took his word for it as he was extremely kind. I had to book a hotel room again for another night, but he let me know the next morning that the truck had been finished and I was ready to go home. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated and it was only the day after I had learned that they stayed late that night to work on the truck to get me back home. They are all undeniably hard workers, and I appreciate all that they did for me in this time of need.
