They explained the repairs and costs to me in advance and were courteous and helpful. When all the parts were not available that day they offered a loaner car until the repairs were completed. Very satisfied with our experience.

Johnny explained what they were going to check and gave me up front pricing to check my A/C and I like that.

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. This place is awful. They scammed me out of over $700 fixing problems that didn’t fix the issue I came in about. Then, they broke other things in my car and claimed they didn’t because they weren’t “working in that area of the vehicle”. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

My coolant system was leaking, Sloans provided good service. Johnny kept me up to date during the whole process and they even provided a loaner vehicle.
