These owners are crooks. They are the people responsible for your auto accidents. After the accident they take your car after the insurance companies do or release it to insurance because they know insurance adjusters that do it for you. They fix the cars and then sell them and take your settlements as well becuase they make it look like it's your fault. If you have been In an accident and the driver is named Dimitrios Klonaridis do not believe them. His real name is Xavier Axel Santiago or Alejandro Rivera-Perez and the other person doing this is Taryn Mikhail Sloan. I know because I Dimitrios Klonaridis am their victim of fraud. Call the police immediately if these guys caused your accidents they are also prime suspects to Brian Klecha's disappearance out in Auburndale Fl and if you know their where abouts notify FDLE and FBI. They are searching for them.

I choose this shop out of convenience as I work nearby and could walk to and from work while my car was in the shop. I had a belt squeal noise and wanted to get that fixed and an oil change. They did the full work up and told me all the things recommend and what needed to be fixed. They found a crack in my alternator which was making my belt slip causing the squeal also recommend I do the spark plugs which I agreed to. I figured that should be enough time while I was at work for 8 hours to fix the issues. I was given a rental car and went home expecting it to be done the next day. As I’m leaving work the next day I call them to make sure my car is done since I haven’t heard from them. They say my car is being “difficult” and they couldn’t give me a time they could fix it by so I kept the rental car again. $1400 later I thought all the issues were fixed and while annoyed at how long it took I was happy it was “fixed.” 5 days later my car has the engine light on and was misfiring. I bring it back to them to look at and they said it just so happened the coil went bad. I was charged $280, $180 for ONE coil and $75 for labor and it also took 8 hours. 4 days later my engine is still misfiring, we decide to change all the coils out. The price for all four coils was $70 and it took 20 mins. When we open the hood, we notice that all 3 of the coil adapters has the plastic piece broken off which secured it into place. This was never mentioned either time I went which they would have had to touch it twice. Once for the spark plugs and once for the misfiring. Although they were nice and friendly, I’m sketched out by the pricing and the dishonesty of not informing me that you either found the pieces broken off before you touched it or broke them off yourself. I only went back the second time because I thought they would help me out and ensure it wasn’t their work that caused this to happen. There is no way to know for sure but it could have potentially prevented the second trip and the extra $280 I spent because they didn’t own up to what they did.

Incredibly professional, and very straight to the point in explaining things. A friend recommended them to me and I'm glad they did!

I have patronized Sloanes for years, they are always reliable, fair, honest and helpful.

It was a pleasure being able to diagnose and fix your cam sensor fault code on the Xterra this week for you Daniel! Thank you for the review!

I will have to agree/relate with an old Yelp review from a "Mike H." 2yrs ago about Sloan's Automotive's seemingly predatory tactics against women, especially when women take a car in for service by themselves. 1st example: I, a young woman, was quoted $100 so they can pop in and replace a cabin air filter that I can buy off Autozone for $20 2nd example: During test drive, they didnt feel any brake pulsations/noise and STILL urged me to get my rotors re-machined to go along w/ pad replacement 3rd example: When I asked how much for JUST the brake pad replacement, w/o the rotor machining, the owner told me, "you ALWAYS need to replace/machine your rotors every time you replace your brake pads" ... for anyone who's ever replaced pads before, you know how ridiculous that sounds. 4th bonus: They forgot to add an item on my invoice AFTER they had already done the service. They threw in a $20 coupon to offset a portion of this new item. Icing on the cake. Save the fluff and don't feed your female customers with lies to make profit. Yes, I chose not to confront them because the damaged trust was already done. Do not bother replying to this review for I will not be reading it nor will I be coming back to do business with you.
