Best auto shop in town; I have been a customer for years. The tow truck driver dropped off my Dodge Charger late at night and, despite bad weather from a hurricane, they called me first thing next morning to ask for permission to start working on it. Long story short, they fixed the problem, which was the starter engine relay, the same day and very affordably. I've recommended this shop to all my friends and relatives. The ones who listened were happy, but the ones who thought the dealership auto shop were the "experts" regretted it.

The Sloans team was awesome. We don't live in Orlando were visiting our family and so lucky to find Sloans. It was not a routine problem, gasoline in our Audi Q5 was permeating the interior causing a serious health threat, our car not drivable. Sloans was amazing. They fixed the vehicle and cost was even a bit less than the original estimate. I'm sure the Audi dealer would have been double. I highly recommend. You can trust them.

My tire warning light came on and was able to stop in and have them check it out. There was evidently a nail and they fixed it right away. Great work guys .

They know what they’re doing I have never had a problem with any work they have done on all three of my cars. The staff go above and beyond to help you and I just really appreciate them!

I came to Sloan’s because of the convenient location to my home. First, though, I searched the reviews and saw that they were highly rated and that’s what gave me comfort in having them work on my car. The staff is friendly, and they explained all pricing. I came in with a few issues and one or two ‘wants’ for my car. After pricing I decided on taking care of the issues but only proceeding with one of the ‘wants’. I love that I was not pressured into getting it all done. They just said, we’ll leave it in your file for when you’re ready. That made me find them even more trustworthy and I definitely will be getting the other service done with them in the future. Communication was fantastic: I received text, phone, and email communication. I’ve used another local mechanic in the past and while the work was great there, one thing that lacked was organized communication of services and pricing. I loved that all that was delivered to my email and with explanation of all issues. This will now be my go to mechanic for sure.

This is the best Auto Service in Orlando!!! I cannot praise this place more! If you’re looking for a reliable and honest mechanic service look no further. Frantically I called Sloan’s as we were traveling home (8 hours away) because we needed new brakes that same day. Within an hour of my call, David not only got my car in the shop, he also had a FREE rental car available for my husband, myself and our 10 month old son. I pulled into the shop at 2pm, and after brand new brake pads and rotors, we left at 6 pm. They normally close at 5 but they had stayed late to help me because they knew we needed to travel 8 hours home. AND we left with gift cards and benefits that could be used nationwide. These are amazing people and I wish we lived closer to work with them more often.
