I’ve been using Sloan’s for 10 years. They have integrity and fair pricing.

My wife brought her GMC terrain in to get front brakes and rotors done. She was quoted by a mechanic when she got there a price of $270-$290 which is a good price. They told her they would have it done by the end of the day but when she called around 3:30-4:00 they had just got done looking at it and tried to quote her $400-$600 just for the rotors depending on which rotors she chose. Quite a hefty price for rotors for a GMC terrain. I'm not a master mechanic but I do know that no garage outside of the actual manufacturer would charge even close to that. Not very professional trying to RIP off a woman. Then since she didnt want to get her brakes or rotors done, they tried to charge her an inspection fee which no one told me or her about when I called for the appt or when she dropped off the car. Then instead of doing the right thing and just let her take her car and go this young blonde kid at the counter( sorry she didnt get his name) proceeds to swear at my wife and get rude with her. Sloans just lost a customer. Double check your estimates when they give them to you.

This was an absolutely top end experience. Prompt returning/answering of phone calls, work was done when they said it would be. Dealer told me it was going to be 7k for a problem that didn’t exist. Out the door here for 2k running like new! Great diagnostic report that they send you. Can’t say enough positive things. You have a repeat customer!

The staff at this location are very professional. I came in for a repair that took time. So I spent about 5 hours waiting in their waiting room. I observed how they treated many customers and took into consideration the customers who were not knowledgeable about their car's problem. They treated me and every customer with the utmost respect and tried to genuinely help their customers. They were not like other establishments that try to take advantage of their customers. They do good work and give you an honest price for work done to your vehicle. I would recommend this place and I will definitely visit them again when need arises.
