Always very responsive and take the time to explain the problem and what your options are to fix it. They also keep an eye out for other problems that may not be apparent.

I had my AC previously repaired at Sloan’s and they warranty their work for three years. At two years 10 months my AC died, I took it back to Sloan’s and they diagnosed the compressor failed again. There was no hassle, said they’d take care of it at no charge! Phenomenal customer service standing behind a warranty like that. Highly recommend them.
